NCB has taken executive producer Kshitij Prasad on Sunday in custody. Now his lawyer Satish Manashinde has claimed that the NCB pressured Kshitij to name Karan Johar during the interrogation. Let me tell you that a reference has also been made to Karan Johar's party, which is being claimed that drugs were consumed by the stars during the party. NCB is eyeing this party.

On the name of Karan Johar in the case, Kshitij's lawyer has given details of NCB's misbehavior with him. He has also made many allegations against NCB. He said that Kshitij had appeared before the Metropolitan Magistrate through video conferencing on Sunday, where he was ordered to be kept in police custody till 3 October. Kshitij's lawyer said that Kshitij was tortured and blackmailed before appearing before the magistrate. Apart from this, third-degree treatment and abuse were also done to the accused. According to the lawyer, Kshitij said in front of the court that he received a call from the NCB on 24 September 2020 while he was in Delhi. The NCB told them that they would record Kshitij's statement and search his house which he had sealed till then. On 25 September, Kshitij came to Mumbai and entered his house in the presence of NCB around 9 am. NCB did not get anything from Kshitij's house except a piece of cigarette in the balcony.

NCB wrote Panchnama describing the piece of cigarette as Ganja Joint

The lawyer further said- 'The NCB team was repeatedly calling a piece of cigarette a ganja joint while there was nothing like this and made a panchnama despite Khatij's protest. Later, at the behest of Kshitij's wife, the word 'Maana Hai' was used for the Ganja joint in Panchnama. After this, Kshitij along with his two friends Isha and Anubhav took him to the NCB office at around 11:30 pm.

Satish Manashinde told that Kshitij was kept in the NCB office from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM while both his friends were being questioned. His friends told him that the NCB told him that if he speaks against the incident, he will let him go and it happened.

Kshitij's inquiry started at 6:45 pm. During the interrogation, NCB officers brought a person named Sanket inside and asked him if he knew the incident. The sign refused to recognize the damage. Kshitij was then asked to leave the room by NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, when he came back after 5 minutes, Sanket confessed to recognizing Kshitij. The truth is that Kshitij has never met the sign and neither knows it.

Kshitij's lawyer accused the NCB officers that they had wrongly accused them despite the opposition of their client. Kshitij's statement has been twisted. He was also not allowed to talk to his lawyer. On that day, Kshitij was stopped at the NCB office.

The pressure to speak against Karan Johar

The other day Sameer Wankhede told Kshitij in the presence of other officers that since he was associated with Dharma Productions, he would be let go if he lied about taking drugs from Karan Johar, Sommel Mishra, Rakhi, Apoorva, Neeraj, or Rahil. . Kshitij refused to do so. In doing so, the NCB made Kshitij sit on the ground for not cooperating and treated Kshitij very badly.

After this 48-hour torture, Kshitij was very tired. NCB did not listen to any of the incidents even on the request to talk to their lawyer or family. After doing such torture for 50 hours continuously, the person is not in a position to talk to anyone. After hearing both the sides, the magistrate has given a decision to keep Kshitij in NCB custody till 3 October.
