Kaddu Ka Halwa: Now make pumpkin pudding in this way instead of semolina, carrots



Yellow Pumpkin - 500 grams

Sugar - 1/2 cup (125 grams)

Ghee - 2 -3 tbsp

Milk - 1/2 liter

Cashews - 1-2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Pistachios - 10-12 (finely chopped)

Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon


Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and wash it well.

Put the milk in the pan and cook till it thickens. Keep stirring the milk occasionally.

Grate the pumpkin. To cook the pumpkin, place the pan on the gas, add 2 tablespoons of ghee to it, add the pumpkin to it and fry it while stirring continuously for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, cover the pumpkin and let it cook on a low-medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Check it after 4 minutes and cover it again and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Check the pumpkin, the pumpkin is cooked and ready. Put China in the pumpkin, after adding sugar, the juice starts coming out of the pumpkin. Now to finish the pumpkin juice, cook it while stirring continuously on high flame.

Keep stirring the milk continuously for a while. Mawa with milk is ready when the milk is thick and when the pumpkin juice is reduced, then add the mawa to the pumpkin and mix it. Add chopped cashews and cardamom powder to it and mix. Now cook the pumpkin for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Halwa is ready to be prepared. Turn off the gas and take out the halwa in a bowl. Pumpkin halwa is ready, it has taken less than 1/2 hour to make.

Put chopped pistachios in the pumpkin halwa and garnish it. Flavor-filled Kashi Halwa is ready.
