Tomato - 2

Green chili - 2

Peas - half cup

Oil - 2-3 tsp

Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Turmeric Powder - tsp

Coriander Powder - tsp

Red chili powder - half teaspoon

Garam masala - half teaspoon

Sugar - 1 tsp

Cumin - half tsp

Lemon - 1

Cut the turnip. Make a paste of tomato and green chili. Let the cooker heat up, add oil to it, then add cumin and asafoetida, ginger paste, coriander, turmeric, chili powder. Now put the turnip on top. After roasting the turnips with spices, add less than half a cup of water. Put the lid on the cooker. Now prepare the masala separately. Put a spoonful of oil in a pan, now add cumin, turmeric, chili, coriander. Now add tomato and green chili paste on top. Fry the spices well. Add peas. Now add sugar and salt. Now close the cooker after 1 whistle. Remove the turnip and mash it well and add it to the prepared spices. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add coriander, garam masala, and lemon on top.
