  • 650 g grated zucchini, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp finely chopped nuts, 2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, the rind, and juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp finely chopped chives, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper powder

Method :

  • Take zucchini in words. Add salt to it and leave it for 15 minutes.
