Remedy of stomach cramps-

1. Use asafetida

Benefits- It is antispasmodic, its use helps to cure stomach ache.


  • 1 glass of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • A pinch of asafoetida

Method to prepare

  • Heat the water and add asafoetida and salt to it.
  • Drink this water 2 times a day.
  • You will feel relieved.

Tip- Fry asafetida with cumin and mix it in black salt. You can use this mixture in salads, juices, yogurt, buttermilk, etc.

2. Drink Hot Water

Benefits- If there are stomach cramps due to constipation, then there is no better treatment with hot water.

How to adopt this recipe- You should drink 1 glass of hot lemonade as soon as you wake up in the morning. Do not use lemon if you have acidity.

4. Mint will provide relief

Benefits- Peppermint is an anti-bacterial. It helps in reducing stomach cramps, gas, and pain.


  • 10-15 leaf mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method to prepare

  • Grind all the ingredients in the grinder.
  • Then strain the mixture.
  • Mix water in it.
  • Then drink it.

Tip- Take 2-3 leaves of mint and chew it well and eat it. This will give relief to abdominal pain.

5. Abdomen the stomach

Benefits- The muscles get relief due to the help of the stomach.

How to make the stomach compress - Fill the boiling water in a glass bottle or a hot water bag. Wrap a cloth in it and then compress the stomach.
