But it is not that people drink tea only in the morning, but most of the time people consume tea. People consume tea on many occasions in the morning during breakfast, during work in the office, when tired, when there is a headache, when guests come home, before going to sleep at night, etc. At the same time, many people consume tea in excessive quantity, but perhaps they forget that consuming too much tea can also harm our bodies in many ways. Anxiety and anxiety may increase

Especially milk tea contains tannins, due to which drinking it can cause nervousness. Not only this, but drinking tea can also increase stress and anxiety. When we consume tea in large quantities, the amount of caffeine present in it goes into our bodies. This may cause problems. Therefore, it is considered better to consume less tea.

It is okay to consume tea up to a certain amount, but some people consume it in large quantities. In such a situation, when tea is consumed too much, it disrupts sleep, which we know as insomnia. Tea contains caffeine, which interferes with sleep. Therefore, excessive consumption of tea should be avoided.

Some people have a habit that one consumes enough tea, and the other drinks tea with food. In such a situation, it is important to know that drinking tea with food reduces the efficiency of the digestive system and all this is due to the caffeine present in the tea. At the same time, tea also contains a component called tannin, which hinders the absorption of iron from the food we eat.


When tea is consumed in excess quantity, it can also lead to acidity problems in the person. Caffeine present in tea increases the formation of acid in the stomach, due to which acidity starts in the stomach. Apart from this, it also increases swelling and discomfort.
