100 ml double toned milk, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup spinach leaves, some ice cubes, 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 10 mint leaves, 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp cocoa powder
Ingredients for Garnishing
1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp coconut powder, 1 tsp roasted walnuts, 1/2 scoop chocolate sauce
Put everything in a blender jar and blend it well.
Now take it out in one bowl.
Put chia seeds, coconut powder, and walnuts in the center of the bowl.
Serve immediately by pouring chocolate sauce on top.
If you do not like adding spinach to this recipe, do not use it. Instead, you can add some more seasonal fruits.
