  • Soybean lentils - 1 cup
  • Urad Dal - Half cup
  • Moong Dal - 1 cup
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Onion - finely chopped
  • Green Chilli-2
  • Coriander - as required
  • Oil - As per need
  • Salt-wise

Method of making

  • If you are going to make soybean lentil vada, then firstly soak it a day before or overnight. Do the same with moong dal and urad dal.
  • After soaking overnight, take out all the pulses and grind them in a mixer.
  • Now add finely chopped onion, green chilies, asafetida, coriander, and salt as per taste and mix it well.
  • Add oil to the pan and allow it to heat slightly. When hot, add vada one by one and fry it well.
  • When browned, take it out and serve it with chutney.

Soybean Cheela


  • Soybeans - a small bowl
  • Moong Dal - a bowl
  • Onion - finely chopped
  • Beans finely chopped
  • Ginger-grated
  • Green Chili - As per need
  • Garam Masala - a pinch
  • Coriander - as required
  • Salt-wise
  • Oil - As per need

Method of making

  • To make soybean cheela, soak all the pulses overnight and prepare its paste in the morning.
  • Now in this paste, mix onion, beans, green chilies, coriander, ginger, all spices, and salt as per taste.
  • Place the nonstick pan on the gas and add light oil. After that start making cheela.

  • Soya chunks - 50 grams
  • Oats - 30 grams
  • Egg-one
  • Honey - 10 gms
  • Banana - 30 grams
  • Sweetener - As required

Method to prepare

  • To make a pancake, grind soya chunks and oats in a mixer.
  • Now mix the sweetener and eggs well in this mixture.
  • Prepare the batter by adding water, so that the consistency is good.
