Oil pulling can be a very good solution to remove toxins from the body. This method is very easy. It involves rolling sesame, olive, or coconut (edible oil) inside your mouth. Roll it in your mouth for 10 minutes and then spit it out. Many of the toxins are released from your body by doing these tasks as soon as you wake up in the morning. This is necessary for complete cleansing of the mouth. Along with this, one has to do tongue cleaning and gargle.

Drink these drinks as soon as you wake up in the morning-

After oil pulling and brushing you have to start your day with an immunity drink.

You can drink turmeric and black pepper water. Simultaneously, you can take vitamin D and vitamin E tablets and zinc tablets along with 2 basil leaves and a handful of nuts.
