Dr. Mohan Karki says, “To avoid this problem, we need to work in two-three levels. For this, it is very important to follow some safety rules. If your digestive system is not correct, there is a lack of hydration in the body or if the stomach is not cleaned properly, then the level of toxins in the body increases. This greatly increases the chances of getting an infection. The problem of boils is due to infection. In some cases, this happens due to the release of too much heat from the body. So, first of all, we should have the right information about the reasons for its occurrence.


Try natural things for boils

He further said, "To avoid this, take a little more water intake. Turmeric milk can also be drunk at night to remove bacterial infections. Aloe vera gel can be taken in the morning. Where there is a problem of boils, applying ice in the beginning i.e. at the first stage helps in drying it out. If that problem has increased a little more, then you can use turmeric to spread the infection more. You can apply a paste of turmeric and neem leaves to this. With the help of both of these, it helps to remove the dirt accumulated in the boils quickly.

Keep stomach clean

Dr. Mohan Karki says, “To avoid this problem, it is very important to clean the stomach. For this, you should take Triphala at night. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet. Include salads and boiled vegetables in your diet. By doing this the body can do its detox process properly. Also, take full care of hygiene as well. To keep yourself clean in the summer season, take bath twice a day. If all these rules are followed, then the problem of boils can be got rid of in a few days.

Effective home remedies

Also, as long as the boils are painless and small and do not cause any symptoms of fever, you can try these effective home remedies. Let us know about some such home remedies.

Turmeric

The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric accelerate the healing process of boils on your hips and inner thighs. The curcumin present in turmeric also helps in relieving pain.

Method to prepare and apply

  • Make a thick paste by mixing a little turmeric powder and enough water.
  • Apply the paste on the boils and leave it for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Repeat a few times a day. This will help the boil to burst in a few days.
  • You can also take 1 pinch of turmeric powder in a glass of milk. Boiling it and drinking it twice a day provides relief from swelling and pain caused by boils.

Neem

Neem, also known as Indian lilac and margosa due to its natural antiseptic and antibacterial properties, is another effective natural treatment for boils on the hips and inner thighs.

Method to prepare and apply

  • Wash and grind a handful of neem leaves and make a paste.
  • You can also add some turmeric powder.
  • Apply this paste to the affected area.
  • Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it off.
  • Do this several times a day.

Another option is to boil a few neem leaves in a pan filled with water until most of the water has evaporated and 1/3 of it remains. Cool the solution and filter it. Clean the affected skin with this neem water several times a day.
