Milk / Cream - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup (grated)
Milk Powder - 2 cups
Sugar Powder - 1/2 cup
Ghee / Butter - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Garnish
- Saffron threads
- Dry fruits (chopped)
First, add coconut, milk powder, sugar powder in a bowl, and knead like flour.
Heat ghee in the pan and add coconut mixture to it.
Add cream to it and cook for 7-8 minutes while stirring well on low flame.
- When the mixture is granular, set it aside to cool.
Knead a soft dough from the prepared mixture.
Now apply some ghee on the hands and prepare pedas in a round shape with the mixture.
- Garnish it with saffron, dry fruits, and cardamom powder.
