Ingredients for slurry

- 6 slices of bread

- Half cup semolina

- 2 tablespoons rice flour

- 1/4 cup yogurt

Salt as per taste

- oil for baking

Material for topping

- 1 onion (chopped)

- 1 Tomato (chopped)

- 3 tablespoons coriander leaves

- little curry

- 2-3 green chilies (chopped)

Salt as per taste


- Cut the sides of the bread and grind it in the mixer.

- In a bowl and whisk together bread powder, semolina, rice flour, curd, water, and salt. Cover for 20 minutes.

- Blend this mixture in a blender. Dilute the solution by adding water as required.

- Heat the nonstick griddle.

- Spread a thick batter of 2 tablespoons of dosa.

Add the topping material and 1 tsp of oil. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

- Turn and cook from another side also.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
