Material :


One and a half cup poha, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp peanuts, 1 tsp curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp sugar, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp refined oil, slightly salted sev - fine and coarse


Method :

First of all, after washing the poha, add salt, sugar, turmeric as per taste and keep aside. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts. Then mix poha in it. After half a minute add onion, tomato, and green coriander. Add finely sev and lemon and mix. Remove in a plate and serve after garnishing with thick sev and fresh coriander leaves.
