The head of Tibet's exiled government and President Dr. Lobsang Sangye first formally arrived at the US House of Rashtrapati. This is the first such historic visit by a leader of the Tibetan government in six decades. This step of America may increase tensions with China. Beijing has been accusing the US of trying to create instability in the region.

This information was given in a release from the office of Tibet in Washington. It is reported that Dr. Sangay is the first Chairman of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) who was formally invited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to meet the Assistant Foreign Minister for Tibetan Issues and Robert Destro, the Special Coordinator for Tibet Affairs.

Explain that the CTA chief had not received an entry in the US for the last six decades due to the US government not recognizing the Tibetan government's deportation. But recently the US Parliament unanimously passed a resolution recognizing the genuine autonomy of Tibet and the work being done by the 14th Dalai Lama for the importance of global peace, harmony, and harmony.

China has expressed objection

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said in a daily briefing in Beijing on Tuesday that Destro violated the US's commitment and policy stance on 'not supporting Tibet's independence and not accepting this government in exile. It is believed that China is expected to increase tensions with the US.

Who is Lobsang Sangye?

Lobsang Sangye is the president of the Central Tibet Administration (CTA). He held this position in 2011. For the last 10 years, American officials have been meeting them secretly, but this time the US took a shocking step and welcomed them directly into the White House. Earlier, Sangye met with the Special Coordinator for Tibetan Affairs, Robert Destro, at the White House on Friday. A CTA spokesman said that "we are happy that the two democracies are recognizing each other." The reception of the CTA and its leader in the White House can be called an important beginning. The CTA is expected to partner with US officials after this improbable meeting and will be trending in the coming years. 'The CTA headquarters is in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Tibet is the reason for the dispute

Tibet is a major cause of dispute between the US and China. In July, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo accused China of violating the human rights of Tibetans. Washington supports the meaningful autonomy of the region. Recently the US Parliament unanimously passed a resolution recognizing the genuine autonomy of Tibet and the work being done by the 14th Dalai Lama for the importance of global peace, harmony, and harmony. China has always been telling Tibet its share. China occupied Tibet in 1950. China calls it an uninhabited region.
