Paris climate deal aims not to save the earth, but to ruin the American economy: Donald Trump

In a digital conference on Sunday, US President Donald Trump protested against the Paris Climate Agreement and told global leaders that the agreement was designed not to save the earth but to ruin the US economy.

In a video statement sent from the White House at the G20 conference hosted by Saudi Arabia, Trump said, "I pulled the US out of the unjust and biased Paris climate agreement to protect American workers." It was very harmful to America.

Trump made these comments during a discussion between countries with the world's largest economies on the subject of saving the earth. He said that the purpose of this agreement is not to save the environment but to ruin the American economy. On the other hand, Trump's newly elected President Joe Biden has said that he will re-join the US in the deal, which he helped shape five years ago.
