Strong earthquakes were felt on Monday in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. According to the US Geological Survey Center, an earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale was felt in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
According to the center, the earthquake occurred at 6.34 am local time.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 20 km from the ground surface at latitude 36.7 degrees north and longitude 141.6 degrees east. Meanwhile, no tsunami warning has been issued in the wake of the earthquake.
