Indian national Neeraj Antani was sworn in as a US Senator from Ohio. With this, he became the first American of Indian origin to be a part of the state Senate. Antani (29), who was elected to the Ohio Senate, was sworn in on Monday.
After taking the oath, Antani said that I am happy that I was able to represent the community. Antani's term as Senator will be four years. Antani said that I will work hard every day for the people of Ohio so that they get a chance to fulfill their dreams.
