The explosion occurred in a hotel parking lot in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan. 4 people died in this blast. While 13 people have been injured. The blast was confirmed by Balochistan's Inspector General of Police Tahir Rai. The Chinese ambassador was staying with his delegation at a luxury hotel in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. Meanwhile, there was a blast in the hotel parking lot.
