America announces 5 million dollars bounty on 26/11 mastermind Sajid


12 years after the Mumbai 26/11 attacks, the US has announced a bounty of $ 5 million (Rs 37 crore) for information about its mastermind and Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Sajid Mir.

According to the statement released by the American Awards for Justice Program, Pakistan-based Lashkar terrorist Sajid is wanted in the Mumbai terror attack. Mir will be given $ 5 million for any role reported in any country for his role in this attack.

On 26 November 2008, 10 terrorists trained in Pakistan attacked Mumbai and killed 166 people. Nine terrorists were killed and one Ajmal Amir Kasab was caught alive in retaliation by security forces. Kasab was hanged on 11 November 2012 at Yerwada Central Jail in Pune.
