Union Home Minister Amit Shah was discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Monday.
AIIMS had recently issued a statement saying that Mr. Shah has recovered and he will be discharged soon.
Mr. Shah was admitted to AIIMS on August 18 after complaining of mild fever. He underwent treatment at AIIMS for 12 days. Earlier, Mr. Shah Corona was infected. He was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on 2 August and underwent treatment there by 14 August. According to sources, Mr. Shah was discharged from AIIMS this morning.
Mr. Shah had returned home recovering from Corona but was admitted to AIIMS on 18 August for treatment of the problems he suffered after the infection. He was treated at AIIMS under the leadership of Director Randeep Guleria, where today the Home Minister was discharged when he was healthy.
