Relieving students and parents who are troubled by the admission to schools during the Corona Pandemic, the Delhi High Court has ordered that even if a child does not have a transfer certificate, the school will have to admit the child. Along with this, instead of the original mark sheet, a copy of the online result issued by the board of 10th will also have to be admitted. This order has been issued keeping in mind the problems faced by parents and students due to Corona. The Delhi High Court, while hearing the petition of two children studying in Ramjas School, has given this order, and has also ordered the school to immediately enroll both the children.
Advocate Ashok Aggarwal, who has filed a petition on behalf of the children, says that this is a very important order. Parents and children are facing a lot of trouble not only in Delhi-NCR but also in other states. Due to the non-payment of fees, private schools are not giving TC to the students who are enrolled in private to government schools. Apart from this, mark sheets are also being stopped. At the same time, the government and other schools are also not admitting students without TC. In such a situation, this order of the Delhi High Court is very necessary and relief.
