Milk -Half a cup
Ghee - One cup
Flour - Three cups of
yellow color - 1/4 tsp
Ice cube - 3-4 Kewda
water - Five drops
Ghee - One kg (for frying)
Saffron - Eight
almonds, Pistachios Clipping - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
First of all, put the accumulated ghee and ice cubes in a vessel and beat them till they turn into white foam.
Now add milk, flour, and water and mix well.
After this, now add yellow color and kewra water to it.
Now heat a pan. After it is hot, spread the mixture in the pan.
After the Ghevar turns light brown, take it out from the pan.
Now put it in the already prepared syrup for some time and take it out.
In the end, sprinkle saffron milk, dry fruits, and cinnamon powder on the Ghevar.
In this way your delicious Ghevar gets ready.
