Masood Azhar, Hafiz Saeed among 31 wanted terrorists of India, the case will be registered under UAPA

Terrorist organization Jaish-e-Muhammad founder Maulana Masood Azhar, Lashkar-e-Taiba co-founder, and Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and Mumbai attacks convict Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi India's 31 Most Wanted ) are included in the list of terrorists. These terrorists have been booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). They are included in the list of terrorists wanted by the Government of India for various anti-national activities such as bombings, murders, playing with internal security, and other conspiracies. The names of these terrorists have been mentioned in the latest updated list of the Ministry of Home Affairs.


Azhar, Saeed, and Lakhvi are among the top five in the list of 31 terrorists, including Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar and Wadhwa Singh Babbar, a prominent leader of the banned terror outfit Babbar Khalsa International. Along with Dawood, his Pakistan-based associates Javed Chikna alias Javed Dawood Taylor, Ibrahim Memon alias Tiger Memon and Sheikh Shakeel alias Chhota Shakeel are also on the list. All of them are wanted in the 1993 Mumbai blasts. More than 250 people lost their lives in these blasts.


The list included Lakhbir Singh, chief of the International Sikh Youth Federation, Ranjit Singh alias Nita of Khalistan Zindabad Force, Paramjit Singh of Khalistan Commando Force, Bhupinder Singh Bhinda of Khalistan Zindabad Force, Gurmeet Singh Bagga, a prominent member of Khalistan Zindabad Force, Sikh Fard. The names of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a prominent member of Justice, Hardeep Singh Nijjar of Khalistan Tiger Force are also included. All of them were declared designated terrorists by the Home Ministry last year. Others in the list include Sajid Mir, Yusuf Muzammil, Abdur Rehman Makki, Shahid Mahmood, Farhatullah Ghori, Abdul Rauf Asghar, Ibrahim Athar, Yusuf Azhar, Shahid Latif, Ghulam Nabi Khan, Zafar Hussain Bhat, Riyaz Ismail Shahbandar, Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Anees Sheikh.
