Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced reliefs after a meeting of the State Disaster Management Authority chaired by Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. Relief extended in many states including Tamil Nadu, MP, Himachal
Relief has been increased in about 27 districts of Tamil Nadu. Permission has been given to reopen tea shops. The Assam government has asked its employees who have received both doses of the corona vaccine to come to the office from Monday. However, there is a partial lockdown in the state. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that 40 people will now be able to attend the wedding ceremony in the state. Corona test will be mandatory for all the persons attending the wedding.
Nagaland has announced to extend the COVID-19 related lockdown till June 18, but some relaxation has been given to the public. Curfew in Goa has been extended till June 21. Buses will run in Himachal Pradesh from Monday with 50 percent capacity. Markets will also now open from 9 am to 5 pm. Only shops of essential commodities will be able to open on Saturdays and Sundays. The condition of the negative report of RTPCR has also been removed for admission in Himachal, but without registration, there will be no admission. There will be a curfew from 5 pm to 5 am. Night bus service will also start within the state, but buses will not run for other states.
Relaxation in eight districts in Jammu
The Jammu and Kashmir government has announced relaxation in some activities in eight districts, but in the other 12 districts, the ban will remain in force as before. Salons and parlors will be allowed to open on all days except Saturday and Sunday in Poonch, Reasi, Ramban, Doda, Shopian, Kulgam, Ganderbal, and Bandipora.
Preparation to open school-college in Bihar from July
If the situation is normal in Bihar, then in July, classes will be started in all educational institutions including schools and colleges in a phased manner. Preparation for this has been started by the Education Department. In the meeting of the Disaster Management Group, after taking feedback from all the districts, the date of opening of schools and colleges will be announced.
