Havoc: Coronavirus cases broke all records, 1 lakh 26 thousand new cases in 24 hours


Coronavirus infection is wreaking havoc in India. Correcting all previous records, a quarter of a million new Corona cases were registered on Wednesday. The number of infected persons released by the State Governments has come to the tune of 1 lakh 26 thousand 315 new cases within the last 24 hours. While 684 people have died. The figures which have come on Wednesday are the highest ever. Earlier on Tuesday, 1.15 lakh new cases were received.

The entire country is in the grip of the second wave of Corona, but the most affected states are Maharashtra, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu. Maharashtra and Delhi are in very bad condition in this as well. On the previous day, 60 thousand new cases have been reported in Maharashtra. A total of 59907 cases have been reported in Maharashtra on Wednesday. Which is fifty percent of the cases across the country. Corona is uncontrollable in Maharashtra. The health system here is also being affected. However, the administration is claiming strong arrangements. But there are also complaints of lack of beds in many cities of the state. According to media reports, due to the high number of corona patients in Maharashtra, there are difficulties in controlling those involved in health services.

Bad condition in Delhi-Maharashtra

On Wednesday, 5, 506 new cases have been registered in Delhi. 6,023 cases have been reported in Uttar Pradesh, 6,976 in Karnataka. The biggest concern is that the number of active cases in the country has crossed 9 lakh. Which left about one lakh active cases a month ago. Strict restrictions, partial lockdown, and night curfew have been imposed in many states in view of the growing case of Corona.

Raipur- Total Lockdown in Chhindwara

In Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, a complete lockdown has been imposed from April 9 to April 19. At the same time, a decision has been taken to impose a lockdown in the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh. Also, a night curfew has been imposed in several states including Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka. This restriction has been implemented from 10 o'clock in the morning to 5 o'clock in the morning.
