Bikaner: SP asks Tondu policemen for waist measurement, the letter goes viral  


In Rajasthan, the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Bikaner has issued an order asking for the information of all the policemen working in the department whose waist and weight are above average. The order has asked the policemen to give information about their weight and other physical measurements. For this, they have been given time till 1 November. A letter was written on behalf of SP regarding this, which is now going viral on social media.

The SP has issued this information to all the police personnel, the order has been issued to the ASP of the district, all the CO, women cell, traffic police and the heads of the departments of all other police departments. In this letter issued to Budhwar, the SP said, 'such posted here Police officers/employees whose weight or abdominal circumference is more than the average, identify those personnel and send the information immediately. If there are no such policemen in any police station, they also provide information about it.

Departmental action will be taken if the information is not sent, a format has also been issued by SP to send the details of policemen. There are a total of five columns in this format. In which the policeman's name, post name, weight, chest measurement and details of abdominal siege have to be sent. Details have been asked to be given by November 1. Departmental action has also been warned against the officers in charge who do not send information about the fitness of the policemen.

The letter which went viral on social media has now become a topic of discussion on Rajasthan Police's letter on social media. Speaking to a newspaper, the SP of the district said in this letter, 'There is nothing new in this. This information is sought for routine checkups every year. This is an order issued not only for Bikaner but also for the entire Rajasthan from the Police Headquarters.
