Shooting begins with Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandana playing lead roles in Ekta Kapoor's 'Goodbye'


After Ajay Devgn's 'Mayday', Amitabh Bachchan is about to start shooting for his next film Goodbye. The film is produced by Ekta Kapoor's company Balaji Telefilms and Reliance Entertainment. Renowned actress of South Indian films Rashmika Mandana is sharing screen space with Amitabh Bachchan. The shooting of the film, which is being directed by Vikas Bahn, has started in Mumbai on Friday.

Ekta Kapoor shared this information with her social media account. He wrote by sharing pictures of the clapboard and the muhurta - has been aspiring to work with the same actor and now it is going to be fulfilled, with whom he has many childhood memories. Amitabh Bachchan, welcome uncle/sir for a new beginning.

Rashmika has started shooting for the film with Muhurta shot, while Amitabh Bachchan will start shooting from April 4, Vikas Bahl and Ekta Kapoor are reuniting through Goodbye. Earlier both of them have produced films like Lootera and Udta Punjab.

Ekta had earlier posted a throwback picture, in which she is seen with Amitabh Bachchan and her dad. Ekta wrote with it - this is how it all started. Talking about Goodbye, Ekta said - "Goodbye is a very special subject, in which there is an equal amount of emotion and entertainment. It is a story that will make every family feel connected."
