Actually, according to ANI, Shilpa Shetty's mother Sunanda Shetty has complained of chitting in the Juhu police station. Sunanda has made this complaint against a person named Sudhakar Ghare regarding a dispute related to land in the Karjat area of Raigad district. According to ANI's tweet, Shilpa Shetty's mother Sunanda Shetty has filed a fraud complaint against a person named Sudhakar Ghare in the land deal case. The accused had sold the land to Sunanda for Rs 1.6 crore with the help of forged documents. A case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC: Mumbai Police.'
According to Sunand Shetty, during the year 2019 to February 2020, Sudhakar had made a land deal from Karjat. After sometime when Sunanda got suspicious and when Sunanda came to know about this, she questioned Sudhakar about it. Sudhakar told him that he was very close to a leader and asked him to go to court. After this Sunanda went to the court and after the order of the court, the police registered a case and started an investigation. A case has been registered in this case under sections 406, 409, 420, 462, 467, 468, 471, and 506 of IPC.
