Kareena shared a photo of herself in a yoga posture and wrote with it – For me, the journey of yoga started in 2006, when I signed Tashan and Jab We Met. An amazing journey that kept me fit and strong. Let us inform you here that in Tashan, Kareena was quite famous for her size zero figure and since then Bebo has been considered a fitness icon.

Kareena further writes – Now after four months of having two children and becoming a mother, this time I was very tired and it was very painful to come back, but today I am slowly returning to it. Yoga time is my own time. And of course, being regular is the key. So keep doing it. On this note, I am going to stretch like a cat and hope you all do too.
