Talking to a news channel, he said that the state government would recommend a CBI inquiry if Sushant's father would say. Nitish Kumar said that the Mumbai Police should cooperate with Bihar Police in the investigation. The Senior Advocate has been hired for this task, with the responsibility being firmly entrusted. At the same time, there are reports in the whole case that the Mumbai Police are not cooperating with the Bihar Police for investigation.

Riya Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Patna Police investigation, which has been opposed in the court by Sushant's father and the Bihar government. Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has moved the Supreme Court in support of the Mumbai Police investigation. In such a situation, this case seems to be entangled in legal convictions as well.
