65 years old Uncle lost 73 lakh rupees due to Fake Dating 


A 65-year-old man from Mumbai lost 73 lakh rupees during the fake dating app. This is the matter of Navi Mumbai. The Kharghar police station here arrested three people belonging to a fake call center. It also included a woman and a transgender. Police say three people together recovered Rs 73.5 lakh from the old man.


What is the whole matter?

Senior Inspector Pardeep said that in September 2018, a woman named Sneha contacted this 65-year-old man. He told them about the dating service. Even charged a hefty amount for membership and registration fees. Claimed that the girl will reach the location for dating. But nothing like this happened.

The person said - cancel my membership

The 65-year-old asked Sneha to cancel her membership. At this, she started asking for more money from him. Even talking about filing a case against the 65-year-old man. She said that she would tell the police that this man demands girls. Even a fake legal notice was sent to the man's house.

They were scared

The man told that he was scared. He transferred around 73.5 lakh rupees to several different accounts. He then got the case registered at the Kharghar police station. The police caught Sneha, Arnab Das, Prabir Saha in action. Police are currently investigating.
