Petrol in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan Rs 108.37 and diesel Rs 101.12 per liter
Sri Ganganagar of Rajasthan is the first district in the country, where petrol was the first to cross Rs 100 per liter. In mid-February, petrol had reached Rs 100 per liter there. Diesel also crossed Rs 100 per liter in Sriganganagar. Now petrol is being sold at Rs 108.37 per liter and diesel at Rs 101.12 per liter in the city. This is how the rate of petrol and diesel increases
After adding excise duty, dealer commission, and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price almost doubles. If the excise duty of the central government and VAT of the state governments were removed, then the rate of diesel and petrol would have been around Rs 27 a liter, but whether it is the central or the state government, both cannot remove the tax at any cost. Because a major part of the revenue comes from here. This money leads to development.
