The ever-increasing prices of petrol and diesel are shocking people. The prices of both these fuels have increased for the seventh consecutive day. Government oil companies have increased the price of diesel by 29 to 30 paise today. At the same time, the price of petrol has increased from 25 to 26 paise.
With this, the price of petrol has gone to the highest level in the country's capital, Delhi and metropolitan Mumbai. In the national capital, petrol has been priced at 88.99 whereas in Mumbai it has been priced at Rs 95.46 per liter.
Diesel is being sold at Rs 79.35 in Delhi and Rs 86.34 per liter in Mumbai. In Kolkata, diesel is being sold at Rs 82.94 and petrol at Rs 90.25 per liter. While the price of diesel in Chennai is Rs 84.44 per liter and petrol is Rs 91.19.
