The prices of petrol and diesel companies did not increase for the 47th consecutive day on Wednesday. However, due to good reports about the Corona virus vaccine, crude oil is showing strength in the international market.
The last cut in the price of diesel in the domestic market was on October 2, while the price of petrol has been stable since the last 57 days.
The price of petrol was last seen on September 22 from 7 to 8 paise per liter. According to Indian Oil, a leading oil marketing company, petrol in Delhi today stood at Rs 81.06 while diesel remained stable at Rs 70.46 per liter.
Petrol in the commercial city of Mumbai stood at Rs 87.74 per liter and diesel at Rs 76.86 per liter. Petrol in Kolkata remained unchanged at Rs 82.59 per liter and diesel at Rs 73.99 per liter. In Chennai, the price of petrol remained at Rs 84.14 per liter and diesel at Rs 75.99 per liter.
