After this, after filling a form, your bank account will be converted into Jan Dhan Yojana. At the same time, if you want to open your new Jan Dhan account, you will have to fill a form in the bank. In it, name, mobile number, bank branch name, applicant's address, nominee, business/employment and annual income and number of dependents, SSA code or ward number, village code or town code, etc. have to be given.
