Gold prices have moderated today but it has managed to maintain significant support of Rs 46,000. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), April gold contracts are trading down 0.26 percent at Rs 46,005 per 10 grams. March Silver futures are trading down 1.2 percent at Rs 67,640 per kg.

The price of 22 carat gold in Delhi is Rs 45,540 per 10 grams. The gold price in Bengaluru today is Rs 43,400 per 10 grams. Today the price of 22 carat gold in Hyderabad is Rs 43,400 per 10 grams.

In August 2020, 10 grams of gold on MCX reached the highest level of Rs 56191. If compared to the highest level, gold has been broken up to 18%, gold is trading at MCX level of Rs 45995 per 10 gram, which is getting cheaper by about Rs 10,200.

What is the opinion of experts?

Experts are of the opinion that there will be constant fluctuation in gold prices. According to market experts, investors can short (sell) with a target of Rs 45,770 per 10 grams.
