With this new facility service, Hero's customers will be able to travel across the country without any worries.
The RSA program will provide 24 × 7 support to customers across India. The customer can easily use the RSA facility through the toll free number or the Hero Customer app. The RSA program provides customers with on-call collaboration, on-site repairs, vehicle delivery to the nearest Hero workshop, fuel supply in case of fuel shortages, flat tire support, battery jump starts, help in case of an accident (on demand ), Key retrieval support, etc. will help.
Customers can register for the RSA program at an attractive starting price of Rs 350 for an annual subscription through their nearest Hero MotoCorp authorized channel partner. The RSA will complement the company's range of premium motorcycles such as the Extreme 160R, Extreme 200S and Xperia 200 for one year. The scheme is effective from October 1, 2020.
