Today, on the fourth trading day of the week i.e. Thursday, after the day's ups and downs, the domestic stock market closed on the green mark. The Bombay Stock Exchange's flagship index Sensex closed up 222.13 points (0.43 percent) at 51531.52. At the same time, the National Stock Exchange's Nifty closed at 15173.30 with a gain of 66.80 points, or 0.44 percent.
Finance Minister happy with the rapid rise in the market after the budget
It is known that since the presentation of the general budget on February 1, the stock market of the country has seen a strong boom, due to which Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is also happy. On Tuesday, the Finance Minister said in a program that the stock markets have taken the Union Budget 2021-22 as 'positive'. I think for the first time, the market has been building in a positive direction for a whole week. Addressing the post-budget program of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Sitharaman said that the budget has paved the way for greater involvement of the private sector, space for entrepreneurship, clarity in spending intentions, and gin. Talking about the big stocks, today shares of Hindalco, Reliance, Sun Pharma, Adani Ports, and GAIL closed on the green mark. Eicher Motors, L&T, Tata Motors, Coal India, and Titan stocks closed at the red mark.

Taking a look at the sectoral index, today banks, financial services, auto, media, realty, and PSU banks closed on the red mark. Private banks, FMCG, metal, IT, and pharma closed on the green mark.
Today the market was open on the decline
The Sensex opened 143.55 points (0.28 percent) lower at 51165.84 in early trade today. At the same time, the Nifty opened at 15073.25, down 33.25 points, or 0.22 percent.
The market closed on a slight decline on Wednesday
The domestic stock market closed on the red mark on Wednesday. The Sensex was down 19.69 points (0.04 percent) at 51309.39. At the same time, the Nifty closed at 15106.50 with a slight fall of 2.80 points or 0.02 percent.
