It is being claimed in the media reports that the Skoda Kushak 1.0 TSI Automatic Ambition variant is the most popular among customers. This variant accounts for 40 percent of the total 1.0 TSI bookings. As per reports, Skoda dealers claim that the good pricing is attracting customers towards the 1.0 TSI petrol engine. Due to this, it remains the first choice of the customers. That all the variants of Kushaq are getting good responses including 1.5 TSI.

The test drive of the Skoda Kushaq 1.5 TSI will start soon. Previous reports claim that the 1.5L edition will reach dealerships in August 2021. Skoda dealers claim that around 25 percent of the total booking orders are for the large capacity engine. The demand for the 1.5L edition is expected to increase once the test drives begin. Skoda dealers are providing system-generated ETA to the customers on the booking confirmation. The company has made the Skoda Kushaq available in 3 trim levels, which include Active, Ambition, and Style. It comes with both manual and automatic gearbox options. The 1.0L range of Kushaq is available with an ex-showroom price of Rs 10.49 lakh to Rs 15.79 lakh, while the 1.5L version is offered in two variants - Style MT and Style AT, priced at Rs 16.19 lakh and Rs 17.59 lakh respectively. The 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine of the Kushak is capable of producing 113bhp power and 178Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The 1.5L TSI engine produces 147bhp of power and 250Nm of torque.
