This is the preparation of companies even further. Actually, companies are doing this keeping in mind the social distancing. One reason for this is that due to the lockdown, customers are not even reaching the dealership. According to reports, in this episode, Hyundai may also relaunch its new Creta on the online platform.



Launched on 16 March

According to a report, the company is doing this to draw attention to the new Creta. For this, the company is resorting to digital platforms. Let us know that the new Hyundai Creta was launched in India on 16 March. However, a few days later the lockdown started across the country due to the rising virus. The company believes that due to the lockdown, the attention of the people has not gone towards Creta. Therefore, the company wants to target customers again in this way. At the same time, Hyundai has also launched its mid-size or facelift model online.


Companies focus on online launching

Not only this, but other companies are also launching their vehicles online due to the virus. Kia Motors will launch its much-anticipated sub-compact SUV Kia Sonet on the digital platform. Apart from this, Mahindra and MG Motors will also launch their new upcoming cars online. At the same time, companies are also focusing on online sales and home delivery, given the current situation. Many companies including Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, Maruti, Hyundai and Reno have started online sales facility.

Three engine options

Hyundai Creta 2020 is available in five variants - E (E), EX (EX), S (S), SX (SX) and SX (O), SX (O). The new crate uses engines fitted to the Kia Celtos. The engine gets BS6 fuel emission standards in this SUV. It gets 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre diesel and 1.4-litre turbo GDI petrol engines. The 6-speed manual gearbox is standard with all three engines. There are also options for a CVT automatic gearbox with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a torque converter automatic gearbox with a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox with a 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine. The new Creta-powered diesel engine gets a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

The starting price is Rs. 9.99 lakhs

The new Creta SUV offers three engine options. These include 1.5-litre petrol with 113 bhp power, a 1.5-litre diesel with 113 bhp power, and a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 138 bhp power. The starting price of the new Creta starts from 9.99 lakhs which goes up to Rs 17.20 lakhs.
