The country's largest car company Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) on Tuesday announced the fifth phase of its 'Mobility and Automobile Initiative Lab' mail program. Under this, entries have been sought from the early startup companies in the mobility and automobile sectors.
Maruti said in a statement that the company has so far tied up with 18 startups in the last four rounds of the Mail program.
Kenichi Ayukawa, managing director and CEO (CEO) of Maruti Suzuki India, said, "As part of the next phase, we would like to tie up with more startup companies with innovative ideas in the automobile industry." Especially because of the state of the pandemic, entrepreneurs who can bring change can apply for our fifth round of mail initiative.
He said that Maruti's mail program has completed two years and so far the company has tied up with 18 startups.
