AAP Party Status: AAP reaches court over delay in getting national party status, HC directs Election Commission

Trouble is not reducing for the Aam Aadmi Party. Sometimes party leaders are going to jail and sometimes they are being raided. In such a situation, once again a new news has come for the party. Now the news is that there is a delay in getting the official status of national party to AAP.

It is because of this that Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party has reached the Karnataka High Court. Information has come to light that this petition has been filed on behalf of AAP Karnataka convenor Prithvi Reddy. The court has directed the Election Commission to take a decision on this by April 13.

If reports are to be believed, according to the petition filed in the cart, AAP fulfills all the conditions to become a national party, but despite this there is a delay in getting the status. Let us tell you that AAP has announced to contest elections on all the seats of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. In such a situation, if the status of the National Party is achieved soon, then the party will be benefited.
