Many types of schemes are run by the government in the interest of the girl child. A similar scheme is being run by the UP government. Under this, the daughter is given 2 thousand rupees.

The name of this scheme of the UP government is Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana. You can apply for this scheme.

This scheme was started by the UP government on 25 October 2019. You can apply for this scheme if the daughter is born after 01 April 2019. The amount of the scheme is given to the daughters in installments. The benefit of this scheme is available only for up to two girls. The annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs.3 lakh.

To take advantage of the scheme, the application should have an Aadhaar card, passport-size photo, mobile number, permanent residence certificate, bank account details, etc.
