Chinese smartphone Xiaomi unveiled 4 gigs of RAM and 32GB of internal storage variant of Mi Max 2 phablet in India on Monday. The handset has a price tag of Rs 12,999. The customers will be able to purchase the handset on September 20 from e-commerce platform Amazon India, Mi.com/in as well as Xiaomi’s Mi Home stores.
Talking about its specifications, Mi Max 2 features full-metal body. It involves rear-mounted circular fingerprint scanner, comes with curved 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass (unspecified).
The cellphone boasts 5,300mAh battery that lasts for 2 days. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor/ The smartphone runs on Android Nougat-based MIUI 8 out-of-the-box. It involves 6.44-inch screen that comes with pixel resolution of 1080p.
Mi Max 2 features 12-megapixel camera on the rear side, f/2.2 aperture. It comes with Phase Detection Autofocus as well as dual-LED (dual-tone) flash. The handset boasts 5-megapixel camera.
