Woman files case of molestation against 3 AAP MLA’s


NEW DELHI: Three Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA’s has been booked by Delhi Police for brutally assaulting and abusing a woman in the assembly premises on June 28.

The case has been filed against the three culprits. They have been identified as Oklha AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, Malviya Nagar MLA Somnath Bharti and Tilak Nagar MLA Jarnail Singh for molesting woman few days back.

“I had gone to see the dealings of the House, but could not receive the pass for the Visitor’s Gallery. Moreover, while I was perpetual in front of the building, a group of men, who were involved in a fight, came towards me,” a woman said.

“They pressed and throw me. I was later taken to a room and kicked,” she stated.

However, AAP leader Sanjay Singh mentioned the growth as “vendetta politics”.

“This is vendetta politics by the Centre. We are shocked that the cops have detained only 15 of our MLAs (since coming to influence),” he stated.

AAP based Delhi official Saurabh Bharadwaj asserted, “The list of Delhi Police has been very deprived when it arrive to complaints against AAP MLAs. The force always faces flak by the judiciary whenever they take such cases to court.”
