Wipro has finished the $70 million sale of its EcoEnergy division. Wipro is India’s third-biggest software exporter.
In November a year ago, the Bengaluru-based organization had said it will offer its EcoEnergy division to Chubb Alba Control Systems for $70 million keeping in mind the end goal to hone concentrate on center IT business.
“Wipro has finished the sale of its EcoEnergy division on March 1, 2017. The effect of sale of EcoEnergy division is required to reflect in the financials of Wipro for the quarter and year finishing March 31, 2017,” it said in a BSE recording.
Chubb Alba is an aberrant auxiliary of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), which is a noteworthy US multinational with sales of $56 billion and has 2 lakh workers.
