Winter Snack: Boiled Egg Pakoras

Egg and its dishes are loved in winter season and pakoras are indeed most yummylicious snack. This recipe has an amazing appetite and combo of chickpea powder and boiled eggs. Plus, the snack is healthy!

Recipe Of Vermicelli Idlis!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 3 table spoon chickpea powder/ gram flour (besan)
  • ½ spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon chili powder
  • ¼ spoon carom seeds (ajwain)
  • Salt to taste

Paneer Tawa Masala Recipe

Instructions:

  • Peel the boiled eggs and cut the each egg into 2 halves
  • Sprinkle black pepper and salt on eggs
  • While doing the perpetrations, heat oil on low flame in a skillet
  • Take a bowl; add chickpea powder, ginger garlic paste and all the other spices. Add bit of water and mix it into batter
  • Dip each egg half into the batter and deep fry the dipped eggs in the hot oil until golden brown
