NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said he would uncover a “major intrigue” behind enrollment of false bodies of evidence against AAP MLAs, priests and him amid a one-day extraordinary session of Delhi Assembly on Friday, setting another phase for showdown with the Center.

Vice president Minister Manish Sisodia said the Delhi Cabinet today chose to gather the one-day extraordinary session to examine enrollment of “wrong FIRs” against Kejriwal, chief and AAP MLAs other than different issues identified with dengue and chikungunya cases. “False arguments against AAP MLAs n priests, FIR against me, CBI strike on me. Will uncover in Del Assembly on Fri (sic),” Kejriwal tweeted.

The administration’s turn comes after the Chief Minister was named in a FIR into affirmed anomalies in Delhi Commission for Women by Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) even as the counter unite body said that Kejriwal would not be addressed. The main clergyman had asserted that the FIR has been enlisted against him at the command of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Plainly the FIR has the PM’s gesture. We will soon call a unique session of the Delhi Assembly where we will uncover the intrigue behind this,” Kejriwal had said a week ago. Sources said that amid the exceptional session, the AAP MLAs will likewise assault every one of the three BJP-controlled metropolitan companies for “coming up short” to counteract spread of dengue and chikungunya cases in the national capital.

“The issue of MCD neglecting to treat over the city will be raised by the decision party MLAs. The city bodies have totally neglected to clean the city taking after which there has been a spurt in the quantity of dengue and chikungunya cases,” they affirmed. Since the Aam Aadmi Party has come to control in Delhi, Kejriwal government and BJP-drove Center have been at loggerheads on different issues including power over the national capital.
