Big or flabby arms are really a big embarrassment for both guys and girls. Girls want slim and toned arms whereas boys want muscles. You can’t put on a slim arm fir dress with big and flabby arms and going sleevless too is not an option. This doesn't mean that you need to hit the gym every day, but there are many household activities that requires intense arms movement. Eat Breakfast – Don’t skip the first meal of the day under any circumstances, because it will lead to excessive eating during the latter part of the day.

Set Smaller Plates – Eating your meals from smaller plates will help you reduce the portions and give you the sensation that you have eaten

Lift Your Body Up – Do you remember how you used to do pull-ups in the park as a kid? You have to just follow the same. Hold a sturdy strong rod that can bear your body weight. Grasp it firmly and pull yourself up the floor. When you go up hold the position for a few seconds and let your arm muscles take all the strain.
