- Use hydrating facial mist
Wash your face with warm water every hour in office to keep it fresh. Use hydrating facial haze and avoid fragrance-free mist. If you want to make your skin tight, apply it every hour.
Avoid using cosmetic products that is quite hurting. Utilize kaajal, lip gloss and CC creams if you want to get shine on your face.
- Avoid working endlessly, take short breaks
Don’t take burden, avoid working continuously during office hours as your body needs some rest after every hour. Your endless work can sometimes cause fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles on face. Take break after every 5-10 minutes.
Take a deep breath, wash your face and eyes with warm water and do meditation. Your body requires rest after every hour.
- Drink Juice to keep hydrated
Prefer to sip one litre of water daily during work. Drink orange juice, lime juice or chew tulsi to keep hydrated. Excess of water helps to remove out the toxins from body.
- Apply lip balms and hand creams
Use lip balms, hand creams on your hands and lips. Keep it in your bag as a safety measure. Apply cream on your arms, legs, elbows and knees. In winters, Lips and hands often gets dry, so it becomes necessary for everyone during that time. Use it on your hands and lips to make it soft.
- Eat healthy diet
Prefer to consume healthy diet including fruits, water, green vegetables in office hours. Avoid having caffeine and sodas. In Lunch, eat salads, parantha, phulkas, dals and eggs. Don’t take rich amount of spice and oil.
